Tell us who is travelling and when. A planner checks kids-club age bands and sea temperatures for your month, then replies by email within one working day.

Tier prices are per family of four, 7 nights, flights and mandatory fees included. See the three tiers before you send.

Orientation call, 40 minutes, written follow-up with three resort names.

03 How a Call Works

Three steps from your shortlist to a decision

No booking pressure at any point. You read the written summary first and decide in your own time.

Evidence note: this describes our own working method; steps last reviewed 12 March 2025.

  1. Send the shortlist

    Fill in the request form with your children's ages, travel month, departure city and board type. Two minutes is enough, and no payment details are involved.

  2. Get the written summary

    Within two working days you receive three to five resorts from the shortlist with kids club age bands, verified sea temperatures, distance to medical care and a price band for a family of four, 7 nights, in UAH and EUR.

  3. Decide without pressure

    Reply with questions, or rule resorts out. The three planning tiers differ only in depth of detail, and no payment is accepted for placement.
